To partner professionally, I want you to be familiar with the following guidelines.

 

• Terms of Coaching:

I invite you to think of Coaching as a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time. However, refining and sustaining the change takes several months. All our sessions will be happening over Zoom.

 

• Confidentiality

As your coach, I commit to keeping every piece of information that you share with me confidential.

 

• Payment

You can purchase your coaching program upfront or choose to payment plan (with extra cost). Payments are made by direct debit at a fixed frequency on your credit card under the initial agreement you will have given when placing your order and whose details you will have transmitted on the occasion of the latter. The payment can be made via Stripe or PayPal.

 

• Refund policy

I am offering a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you feel it did not meet your expectations after our first group coaching call, email me within 48H, and I will refund your full payment, no questions asked. Passed that timing, there will be no refund issued. If anything happens (accident, severe illness…) that doesn’t allow you to continue the coaching, we can discuss how to pause and potentially join another group later.

 

• Rescheduling policy

If you need to reschedule our appointment, please give me a 48-hour notice.  If you have an emergency, you can reschedule with less than 48 hours notice.  If you do not show up for a scheduled session for any reason and provide no notice, we will not make up that time.  If I need to reschedule, I will also give you at least 48-hour notice, barring an emergency or illness. 

 

• In between sessions

You can email me, if needed, at anna.souljourney@gmail.com to reach me with ideas, problems, questions, etc, or to have a quick laser call.

 

• Problems

If I ever say or do anything that upsets you or doesn't feel right, please bring it to my attention so we can resolve it as soon as possible.  My objective is to have a coaching relationship that is fully authentic, open, honest, real and trusting in our communication styles.

 

• Termination

Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.

 

As your Coach,

I agree to serve as your Coach - to partner with you to identify and achieve your personal and/or professional goals.

As your Coach, I will bring attentive listening, understanding, belief in you and commitment to your success. You can expect me to challenge you, offer fresh perspectives, make requests (including assigning homework), acknowledge your wins, and guarantee confidentiality.

During the time we spend together in our coaching sessions, I will devote my time, thoughts, and energy to you exclusively.  In between our sessions, I may not be instantly available, as I may be attending to others or myself.  I will, however, always attempt to be available within 48 hours.

I am a Coach, not a psychotherapist or physician, and I am not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions. If any issues arise for you that should be handled by a licensed therapist or physician, you must attend to your health by contacting the appropriate professional.

 

Client

I am motivated and committed to acting on my determined personal and professional goals. I realize that anything less than my intentional full participation will not lead to my success.

I accept full responsibility for myself, and any actions I take that might result from Coaching.

I can financially afford the Coaching fee at this time.  I understand that coaching is typically paid for in advance, and there are no refunds if I decide to terminate our coaching partnership.

I agree to honour my scheduled session times and to give 48-hour notice if I need to make any changes.

I decide today to be fully accountable for my life/decisions/actions.

I am responsible for my results. Success is directly related to my commitment and the effort I make.
